“Carrie recorded several guided meditations during the two weeks that I was in the scariest medical situation of my life. I listened to them many times a day, along with her music, especially during times my anxiety would take control or my blood pressure world spike. These tools really saved me and have profoundly affected me in my life following this medical experience. I continue listening to them now as part of my daily life in recovery. They ground me in the traumatic experience I had, and also release me in a new phase of strength and resilience”.
